除非用户已经审慎阅读、充分理解并完全接受本协议及相关协议的所有条款，并在最终充值前再次确认充值金额，否则用户无权使用本功能。
上海辽想非常关注保护未成年人的合法权益。若用户未满18周岁，应与监护人或其他法定代理人一起阅读本协议及相关协议的全部条款，特别注意未成年人的条款。只有在监护人或其他法定代理人完全同意本协议及相关协议的全部内容后，用户方可使用本功能。同时，监护人或其他法定代理人应对用户使用本功能的行为进行监管，确保用户具备使用本功能所需的民事行为能力和合法资格。
如无特别说明，本协议的适用范围包括使用会员和付费相关功能的各用户以及平台,其中平台的定义范围是《软件许可与服务协议》前言中的”软件”或”服务”的定义。
付费和会员分为“消耗型项目”和“订阅”以及其他需要支付的项目. 其中订阅分为“自动续期订阅”和“非续期订阅” 其他需要支付的项目一般是线下消费支付和其他可能的支付项目.
以公司名义申请和拥有的软件和提供的服务均在协议范围内.
会员类别是VIP会员,分为“自动续期订阅”和“非续期订阅”
上海辽想享有对其提供的虚拟产品（包括但不限于能量石等）自主定价的权利，有权根据自身运营需要予以变更并相应公告。请您在购买或以其他合法方式获取时特别关注相关虚拟产品的价格以及相关通知和公告；
基于虚拟产品的性质和特征，请理解，您所获取的虚拟产品不支持退货、换货、兑换现金，亦不得用于商业领域，如买卖、置换、抵押等。一切通过非官方公布渠道取得的虚拟产品及其衍生服务均不获保护，上海辽想有权单方收回并终止相应服务。
您通过上海辽想指定渠道开通本服务后，可能会由于您使用的软件版本、设备、操作系统等不同或其他第三方原因等导致您实际可使用的具体服务有所差别，由此可能给您带来的不便，您表示理解并同意豁免上海辽想的相关责任。
本服务是上海辽想提供的收费服务，您须在按照本服务的收费标准支付相应费用后，方可使用本服务。
上海辽想会根据实际状况给予不同类别、不同等级的会员不同的购买、开通、续费优惠，具体优惠政策请阅读上海辽想在相关服务页面发布的信息。因参加活动、会员类别或会员等级不同，上海辽想会员将享受不同的特色服务、资费或福利赠送。
您应该通过上海辽想指定的现有方式包括但不限于苹果内购支付,微信,支付宝等或今后上海辽想指定的方式支付费用。 不同终端和系统可支持的支付方式可能不同，请根据支付页面的指示完成支付。支付完成后，除法定情形外，不可进行转让或要求退费。
本服务的最高开通期限会受到一定限制,具体以相关公告为主,限制可能会根据运营情况进行更新,请关注相关信息.
请您理解，在本服务的服务期间，由于互联网服务的特殊性，可能会出现非因上海辽想故意行为而导致的可能影响您正常使用服务的情形（包括但不限于上海辽想解决故障、服务器维修、调整、升级等,以及第三方依赖服务的不可用等情况），上海辽想将尽可能降低该等情形对您的影响。您理解并同意，上海辽想无需对上述情形产生的不利后果承担责任，并不要求上海辽想另行补偿。
用户同意上海辽想在上海辽想公司范围内使用“用户使用司有限产生的问答”的不限制使用,包括提问和问答的详细内容.
1 本服务是出于会员对于自动续费的需求，在会员已开通本服务的前提下，避免会员因疏忽或其他原因导致未能及时续费造成损失而推出的服务，会员不可撤销地授权司有限在会员有效期届满前后，从与会员账号绑定的第三方支付账户、银行卡、通信账户（以下统称“账户”）余额中代扣下一个计费周期的费用，计费周期包括但不限于1周、1个月、3个月、12个月等（下同），会员可在购买司有限提供的会员服务时根据司有限平台上显示的计费周期自行选择。该服务实现的前提是会员已将其司有限会员账号与上述账户绑定，且可成功从其上述账户中扣款。
2 自动续费具体指，基于1的前提，司有限通过上述账户收取会员下一计费周期费用的扣费方式，会员需保证司有限可以从上述账户扣款成功，因上述账户中可扣款余额不足等原因导致的续费失败，由会员自行承担责任。
3 司有限向会员提供的本服务均仅限于会员在司有限平台使用，任何以恶意破解等非法手段将司有限提供的本服务与司有限平台分离的行为，均不属于本协议中约定的本服务。由此引起的一切法律后果由行为人负责，司有限将依法追究行为人的法律责任。
4 同时,苹果用户付费享受服务时,应受 《标准的 Apple 使用条款 (EULA)》https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ 协议的约束,如本规则与《标准的 Apple 使用条款 (EULA)》冲突,以《标准的 Apple 使用条款 (EULA)》为准.当付费会员使用本服务时，付费会员的使用行为视为其对本服务的服务条款以及司有限针对本服务发出的各类公示的同意。
1 本服务由会员自主选择是否在要求的时间内取消，若会员选择不取消，则视为会员同意司有限按照一定规则进行扣款尝试，一旦扣款成功，司有限将为会员开通下一个计费周期的会员服务。
2 会员开通自动续费服务后，司有限将在每个计费周期到期前一天，通过会员上述账户自动划扣下一计费周期费用，并同时相应延长会员有效期。若续费失败，则司有限有权在不作另行通知的前提下，暂停用户通过自动续费服务所接入的司有限相关服务。若续费成功，则视为用户重新开通对应的会员服务及自动续费服务，若续费失败，视为用户取消自动续费服务及通过自动续费服务所接入的司有限相关服务。
3 自动续费状态更新可能会存在显示延时，以实际支付自动续费签约状态为准，如会员未在计费周期到期前至少一天前取消自动续费功能，将会自动续订及扣款。
4 如扣费过程出现差错，司有限和会员应密切配合查明原因，各自承担己方过错造成的损失；若因双方各自存在不均等过错造成损失的，由双方按过错的程度承担相应责任；因双方共同过错造成损失但无法区分各自过错的，由双方均摊责任。
5 司有限可根据其业务开展或技术升级等情况变更或修改本协议的有关服务内容、规则及条款，司有限将通过在司有限相关页面公示等方式告知用户相关变更或修改内容，但无义务另行做个别通知。如果会员不同意本协议的修改，可以取消已经获取的本服务并停止使用；如果会员继续使用司有限提供的服务，则视为会员已经接受本协议的全部修改。
6 若在自动续费扣款时/之前，司有限相关会员的服务价格发生调整，应以现时有效的价格为准。
1 如您开通本服务，则视为您授权司有限有权从您的相关会员服务期限届满前后，从您授权绑定的包括但不限于：微信、支付宝、苹果内购支付等支付渠道中代扣下一个计费周期服务费，计费周期包括但不限于1周、1个月、3个月、12个月等。
2 对于所选择的支付渠道，您有义务确保定期关注并确保其于该支付方式的账号项下有充足的余额用于满足自动续费的需求。如因前述原因瑕疵（包括但不限于：余额不足、余额不足以满足用户选择多个自动续费服务）而致使无法成功自动续费的，相关会员服务将无法继续。
1 本服务自您开通之日起长期有效，直至您主动选择取消本服务时终止。否则您获得的自动续费服务均为长期有效。
2 司有限将于您所选择的司有限服务期届满前进行自动续费。
3 本服务由您自主选择是否取消，若您选择不取消，则视为您同意司有限按照本协议进行扣款尝试，一旦扣款成功，司有限将为您开通下一个计费周期的自动续费服务。若在自动续费时/之前，司有限服务价格发生调整，应以现时有效的价格为准。若您购买时享受自动续费价格优惠，则该优惠价格仅在购买时标明的期限内享受，以平台公示规则为准，后续自动续费扣款将以现时有效价格为准。
4 司有限特别提醒您：当您选择使用自动续费服务后，通过自动续费服务委托司有限在您默认的支付方式所支付的费用，司有限将视您选择认购了司有限的相关付费服务。除因服务存在重大问题导致用户无法使用、服务协议另有约定、根据法律相关规定需要退款或经司有限同意退款等情形外，您所支付的费用将不能予以退还。
1 您可自主选择退订本服务。 苹果用户在苹果官方渠道关闭续费服务。
2 自动续费套餐取消成功后，不影响您当期已生效的会员权益，会员权益到期后将不再续费。 自动续费套餐取消成功后，自动续费商品享受的权益也将随即终止。
3 您在选择终止本服务前已经委托司有限自动续费扣款的指令仍然有效，司有限对于基于该指令扣除的费用不予退还。
您应知悉并同意，用户在司有限上上传、发布或传输的内容，为用户的个人行为。上海辽想不对该等信息和内容的准确性、真实性、可用性、安全性、完整性和正当性承担责任，亦无需承担任何责任。
如果您接触到违法、违规、使人感到不适不快甚至产生恐惧、厌恶情绪的内容，请及时联系上海辽想进行处理。
在您进行相关信息及内容的使用、观看、分享、借鉴、转载、转发、转述等行为（统称为“使用行为”）时，应进行独立判断并合法使用。如果因您的使用行为造成任何自身损害及对第三方的损害，上海辽想不承担任何责任。
因电信和网通部门通讯线路故障、网络或电脑故障、系统不稳定以及不可抗力等非上海辽想主观原因造成您账号、账号内财产等丢失、减少的，上海辽想不承担任何责任。
出于满足合法合规要求之必要性或因不可抗力事由，上海辽想可能会修改、变更、中断或终止部分或全部服务，变更、删除、转移用户存储、发布在司有限的内容（统称“变更行为”）。在该情形下，上海辽想将尽可能事先通知您前述变更行为。但基于互联网之特性，部分变更行为无法向您通知或无法向您提前通知（包括但不限于：内容因存在违法、违规、违反政策的内容而需要删除、变更等）。您理解，上海辽想无需对您或任何第三人承担任何责任。
由于使用第三方服务时第三方服务不可用的情况，上海辽想不承担任何责任。
您主动终止或暂停服务，包括但不限于到期未进行续费等；
您的违约行为导致上海辽想主动终止或暂停服务；
上海辽想根据国家或相关部门要求或发生不可抗力事件等而中止或暂停服务；
法律、法规、政策或主管部门要求或本协议规定需要终止或暂停服务的情况。
中止或终止服务后，上海辽想有权利但无义务确保您收到特别提示或通知。
除非法律规定，上海辽想不对您或任何第三方承担责任；
已收取的费用不予退还，除本协议另有规定；
用户数据将在一定期间内保留，会员权益将根据平台规定进行变更或减少；
已开始的平台交易将在情况合理的情况下决定是否继续进行或终止，并视情况决定是否退费或扣除违约金。
如果本协议或规则发生变化（包括但不限于本协议修改、服务细则调整、会员权益变更等），上海辽想将通知您并请您仔细阅读并选择是否接受调整和/或变更后的本协议/服务细则/会员权益等以继续使用本服务。如果您同意上述调整和/或变更，您可以选择接受服务并进行下一步操作，以表明您已经同意上述调整和/或变更；如果您不同意调整和/或变更，我们建议您立即停止使用本服务。

To use the paid membership and related features (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), users must comply with the “Paid Membership Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”), which is a special feature usage agreement under the “Software License and Service Agreement”. Users are required to carefully read and fully understand all the content of this Agreement and the related agreements before using the Service, especially the clauses that limit or exempt the responsibilities of Shanghai Liaoxiang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Liaoxiang”); these clauses may be highlighted in bold to draw the user’s attention.
Unless users have carefully read, fully understood, and completely accepted all the terms of this Agreement and related agreements, and confirmed the recharge amount before finalizing the transaction, they are not authorized to use the Service.
Shanghai Liaoxiang pays close attention to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of minors. If a user is under 18 years old, they should read all the terms of this Agreement and related agreements together with their guardian or other legal representative, paying special attention to the clauses concerning minors. Only after the guardian or other legal representative fully agrees to all the terms of this Agreement and related agreements can the user use the Service. At the same time, the guardian or other legal representative should supervise the user’s use of the Service to ensure that the user has the legal capacity and qualifications required to use the Service.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the scope of this Agreement includes all users and platforms using the membership and paid related features, where the platform is defined within the scope of the “Software License and Service Agreement” preamble as “software” or “services”.
Payment and membership include “consumable items,” “subscriptions,” and other payable items. Subscriptions are divided into “auto-renewable subscriptions” and “non-renewable subscriptions.” Other payable items generally refer to offline consumption payments and other possible payment items.
The software applied for and owned by the company, as well as the services provided, fall within the scope of this Agreement.
Membership categories include VIP memberships, divided into “auto-renewable subscriptions” and “non-renewable subscriptions.”
Shanghai Liaoxiang reserves the right to autonomously price the virtual products it provides (including but not limited to energy stones) and has the right to change them according to its operational needs, with corresponding announcements. Please pay special attention to the prices of relevant virtual products and related notifications and announcements when purchasing or obtaining them through other legal means.
Given the nature and characteristics of virtual products, please understand that the virtual products you obtain are not eligible for return, exchange, or cash redemption, nor can they be used for commercial purposes such as buying, selling, exchanging, or mortgaging. Any virtual products and derivative services obtained through unofficial channels are not protected, and Shanghai Liaoxiang has the right to unilaterally reclaim and terminate the corresponding services.
After opening this service through Shanghai Liaoxiang’s designated channels, the specific services you can actually use may vary due to different software versions, devices, operating systems, or other third-party reasons, which may cause inconvenience. You acknowledge and agree to exempt Shanghai Liaoxiang from any related responsibilities.
This service is a paid service provided by Shanghai Liaoxiang. You must pay the corresponding fee according to the service’s charging standards before using the service.
Shanghai Liaoxiang may provide different categories and levels of members with different purchase, opening, and renewal discounts based on actual circumstances. Please read the information published by Shanghai Liaoxiang on the relevant service pages for specific discount policies. Due to participation in activities, membership categories, or membership levels, Shanghai Liaoxiang members will enjoy different featured services, fees, or benefit offerings.
You should pay the fees through the existing methods specified by Shanghai Liaoxiang, including but not limited to Apple In-App Purchase, WeChat, Alipay, or other methods specified by Shanghai Liaoxiang in the future. Different terminals and systems may support different payment methods; please follow the instructions on the payment page to complete the payment. After payment is completed, except in statutory circumstances, transfers or refunds are not allowed.
The maximum opening period of this service will be subject to certain restrictions, primarily based on relevant announcements. Restrictions may be updated based on operational conditions; please pay attention to relevant information.
Please understand that during the service period of this service, due to the special nature of internet services, there may be circumstances that affect your normal use of the service not caused by intentional actions of Shanghai Liaoxiang (including but not limited to Shanghai Liaoxiang solving faults, server maintenance, adjustments, upgrades, as well as unavailability of third-party dependent services). Shanghai Liaoxiang will try its best to minimize the impact of such circumstances on you. You understand and agree that Shanghai Liaoxiang is not obligated to bear any adverse consequences arising from the aforementioned circumstances and does not require Shanghai Liaoxiang to compensate separately.
Users agree that Shanghai Liaoxiang may use “User SiYouXian-generated website usage” without restriction within the scope of the company.
This service is provided to meet the needs of members for automatic renewal. Under the premise that the member has already activated this service, it prevents members from failing to renew in time due to negligence or other reasons, thus causing losses. Members irrevocably authorize SiYouXian to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from the third-party payment accounts, bank cards, or communication accounts (“Accounts”) linked to the member’s account before and after the expiration of the member’s validity period. The billing cycle includes but is not limited to 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 12 months, etc., and members can choose it themselves when purchasing membership services displayed on the SiYouXian platform. This service is premised on the member having linked their SiYouXian member account to the above accounts and successfully debiting from those accounts.
Automatic renewal specifically refers to SiYouXian’s method of collecting fees for the next billing cycle based on the above premises. Members must ensure that SiYouXian can successfully debit from the above accounts. Members are responsible for any failure to renew due to insufficient balances in the above accounts, among other reasons.
The services provided by SiYouXian to members are limited to use on the SiYouXian platform. Any behavior that separates the services provided by SiYouXian from the SiYouXian platform through malicious cracking or other illegal means is not covered by this Agreement. Any legal consequences arising from such actions are the responsibility of the perpetrator, and SiYouXian will pursue the legal responsibilities of the perpetrator in accordance with the law.
Additionally, when Apple users pay for and use services, they are subject to the Standard Apple End-User License Agreement (EULA). If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Standard Apple EULA, the Standard Apple EULA shall prevail. When a paid
member uses this service, their usage is considered acceptance of the service terms of this service and all notices issued by SiYouXian regarding this service.
You should be aware and agree that the information and content uploaded, published, or transmitted by users on SiYouXian are their personal actions. Shanghai Liaoxiang does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, completeness, and legitimacy of such information and content, nor does it assume any liability.
If you encounter content that is illegal, violates regulations, causes discomfort, fear, or disgust, please contact Shanghai Liaoxiang promptly for resolution.
When engaging in the use, viewing, sharing, reference, reposting, forwarding, or retelling (collectively referred to as “usage”) of related information and content, you should exercise independent judgment and use it legally. Shanghai Liaoxiang does not assume any responsibility for any damage to yourself or third parties caused by your usage.
Shanghai Liaoxiang is not responsible for any loss or reduction of your account or property within the account due to telecommunications and netcom department communication line failures, network or computer failures, system instability, or force majeure events, among others.
Due to the necessity of meeting legal and regulatory requirements or due to force majeure events, Shanghai Liaoxiang may modify, change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services, change, delete, or transfer user-stored content on SiYouXian (collectively referred to as “changes”). In such cases, Shanghai Liaoxiang will inform users of relevant changes or modifications through methods such as announcements on SiYouXian-related pages, but is not obligated to provide individual notifications. If a member does not agree to the modifications to this Agreement, they may cancel the services already obtained and cease using them; if a member continues to use the services provided by SiYouXian, it is considered that the member has accepted all modifications to this Agreement.
If there are adjustments to the service prices of SiYouXian related members during the automatic renewal deduction, the current valid prices shall prevail.
After the service is suspended or terminated, Shanghai Liaoxiang has the right but not the obligation to ensure that you receive special reminders or notifications.
If this Agreement or rules change (including but not limited to modifications to this Agreement, adjustments to service details, or changes to member rights), Shanghai Liaoxiang will notify you and ask you to carefully read and choose whether to accept the adjusted and/or changed Agreement/service details/member rights, etc., to continue using this service. If you agree to the aforementioned adjustments and/or changes, you can choose to accept the service and proceed to the next step, indicating that you have agreed to the aforementioned adjustments and/or changes. If you do not agree to the adjustments and/or changes, we recommend that you immediately stop using this service.
